Iβm usually not a fan of anything that has vegetables, but the leek in this galette was mixed with the cream, which makes it more edible for non-veggie lovers like meπ I felt this was more flavourful than No. 3 as it was cream-based and lime juice squeezed on the top. The trout was really tender too! It was cooked to perfection as it didnβt have a dry texture.
