Meat the Dusk Platter - roast beef with bordelaise butter, confit salmon with spicy tomato chutney, sous vide chicken breast with Vietnamese pesto, and the roast pork with kicap manis bbq sauce.

Non pesto eaters (like myself) will LOVE the Vietnamese pesto, non chicken breast eaters will love the juicy chunks of chicken. The salmon comes with crispy skin and sous vide to perfection. You will never have enough of the roast beef and pork.
