Everyone comes here to get their hands on cheap (according to London standard) "bagel/roll-wich"; from £1.20 for a chopped herring bagel/roll to their signature salted beef bagel/roll (£4.25/4.75 respectively).
While the bagels are remarkable; the unpalatable croissant dessert selection was off putting to say the least. Especially when you find 59p-£1.10 nicely layered and buttery croissants at Lidl/ M&S that put these sweet croissants to shame.
A general rule of thumb: stick to just the bagels and rolls here for there is a reason why the shop's called BEIGEL bakes.
P.S: didn’t have the feels for a salted beef bagel so I’ll be back when I do (soon).
