Salt Baked Chicken with mixed rice - $7.30

Chicken is extremely tender and despite the name not salty at all. Has a distinct herbal flavour.

Accompanying chili makes the chicken even more so delicious with its sour and slightly sweet profile, and just a little spicy that you can finish the entire saucer. The 'mixed rice' looks like some sort of Claypot rice without the Claypot char.

While their Salt Baked Chicken is to die for, everything else in the stall is pretty average, including their famed Abalone Bak Chor Mee.
