So this is a very overdue post. Left them in drafts since forever and I just decided to post a few food pictures from my previous Bangkok trip.

A well done Eggs Benedict. Poached Eggs done right. The gooey richness of the yolk and delicate nature of the whites, awesome! Bacon is on the leaner side. The buttermilk bread muffin is something I have nvr eated. Savoury, salty, sweet all in one! Nice and fluffy. The Dijon Hollandaise sause is pretty well done. Creamy yet not too thick.

Overall a pretty good combination! Satisfying meal indeed.
