Was quite disappointed with this overall. The poached eggs were slightly overcooked and the tuna was dry. What really made me cast the deciding vote on this was that the black pepper seasoning on the sides of the tuna was overly strong for my liking. I felt the main point of the dish, the taste of tuna, couldn't come through as a result.
