Le Shrimp has a new seasonal dish available till end March, the Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen - it has ramen and firm tofu cubes tossed in a spicy blend sauce, topped with fried beancurd crisps, Sichuan pickled vegetables and much softer textured minced shrimp. Pretty decent, the flavours leaned more sweet-savoury, with a very mild spice level. If you’re a fan of the heat, definitely request for more spice.
