i haven't had many lemon tarts in my life, but i'm pretty sure this is the best one Ive tasted like ever.

not tryna be dramatic but because i don't have a sweet tooth, the sourness from the lemon custard really balanced the sweet meringue on top. the tart crust holds really well but not too dry
