Hoo Kee Bak Chang is the only bak chang stall in Singapore that has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

When most businesses are now using machines and robots to produce their product to increase productivity, Ryk Chew(owner) is still insistent on keeping the old traditional way of hand-making bak changs to ensure their quality and taste remain of high standards, in additional they also support Corporate Social Responsibility by employing older generation age between 59 years old to 74 years old...
