Unlike usual curry that's more heavy and dense with a stronger hint of Coconut Milk, the curry fish head here seemed to carry a stronger Assam flavour which makes it tangier despite it being more liquid. Also liked how the curry came with yam cubes which is not a typical ingredient in Fish Head Curry, which is soft to the bite but gives off a savoury flavour overall.
