All alcohol lovers out there, if you need food and alcohol in a single bowl, this is the place to be. Thick Tonkotsu soup base, doused in strong and fragrant sake, makes the soup delightful and simply slurp worthy! I am so glad that, Sake ramen is not a gimmick, and they are generous. So extremely generous, that My heart skipped a beat. The ramen noodles soaked in sake, and cooked at the right done-ness of making the ramen springy with a good bite to it. The Charsiew are gorgeously charred, and that egg is just oh-so-runny. 😍
