My previous bebek experience wasn’t really memorable as the duck meat was too dry to swallow. However, this has since changed after trying Tepi Sawah as the deep fried crispy duck (135,000 Rp) is fork tender and flavorful to the bite. Served with white rice, a portion of Balinese vegetables and sambal, it might seem simple but when all these ingredients come together, it creates a dish that is unique to the location and tastes best when in Bali.
