Choice of dry/soup ckn/pork. We had dried pork, you can't rly see the minced pork but you taste the umami. Noodles are the Thai glass noodles which really suck as dry noodles cos it clumps tgt. But flavour profile is mainly fried aromatics with fermented bean curd sauce. Ofc idk if it's exactly this ingredient but it tastes 90% like that. Quite interesting but not particularly good
