I mean, if you don’t want to wait one hour for Chey Sua Carrot Cake (still the best carrot cake, but not worth the wait ☹️) then this is a good alternative. I prefer their black carrot cake though, it’s a mixture of sweet and savoury.

I guess something that is usually overlooked is the size of the carrot cake bits. I like how it’s not all tiny and scattered, with some pieces still chunky. It makes it easier to pick up with the chopstick. A good ratio with the egg, with some still clinging to the carrot cake.
