Our long-awaited tea session finally took place. 😂
We opted for the Osmanthus Tea ($18), which was clear, refreshing, and had a calming effect on the mind. Flower teas are known for their health-promoting properties, immune-boosting abilities, and detoxifying effects. Sipping on the tea slowly, we embraced the serene atmosphere. Ahhh...such tranquility. They also provided Sugar Peanuts ($2) as a delightful accompaniment to the tea.

Aside from the tea, I decided to indulge in some bites as well.
I ordered the Dragon Well Noodles ($7.80), a vegetarian-friendly option. The noodles were cooked with dragon well tea leaves, vegetarian prawns, meatballs, and abalone. The noodles were silky and easy to chew, while the soup base had a rich and savoury taste, although the tea flavour was somewhat mild.

I also couldn't resist trying the Tea Egg ($1.80), which was boiled with top-quality Oolong tea leaves, soy sauce, and Chinese spices for at least 8 hours. The tea infusion imparted a fragrant aroma to the egg, but in terms of taste, it leaned towards the moderate and pleasant side. Personally, I would have preferred a stronger tea flavour.

To satisfy my sweet tooth, I ordered a plate of Chapter 7 Cookies ($5), featuring seven cookies infused with different teas, nuts, and seeds. The assortment included Rose Tea, Jasmine Tea, Japanese Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Almond, Cashew Nut, and Sesame. The cookies were delightfully crisp and easy to bite into, and each had its own unique flavour. They simply melted in the mouth, making them the perfect complement to the tea.

The ambiance at Tea Chapter was a blend of Korean, Oriental, and Japanese elements, allowing guests to choose the type of mood they wish to immerse themselves in. We opted for the Japanese setting, which provided a spacious and comfortable environment. Oh, and if you happen to feel a little bored, they have a fixed table for playing "Go"/"Wei Qi" if you know how to play.
