I’ve been here twice in less than a month. The first time I ordered the π‘΄π’†π’…π’Šπ’–π’Ž π‘ͺπ’π’‚π’šπ’‘π’π’•($28.80) which serves 3-4 pax and the second time I ordered the π‘·π’“π’†π’Žπ’Šπ’–π’Ž 8 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝑨𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆 ($55). Each pot is served with toppings of pork belly, bits of salted mackerel fish, well-marinated chicken, two types of lup cheong, and fresh vegetables. I appreciate how the server helped to add dark soy sauce as I never know how much to add. The portion is very generous and can feed more than 4 pax for light eaters. The chicken inside was succulent and tender (there are a few dry pieces but they were mostly tender). I love the guo ba which is the burnt rice parts. They were crispy and not burnt at all.
