Ordered lots, all were stellar and travelled really well too. We had the Fried veal chop with a beautiful panko crust; succulent Batallé pork chop with satisfyingly fatty bits with brown butter hazelnut and a creamy mustard sauce; Duck leg confit with foie gras dumplings; Wagyu beef brisket in a to-die-for bourguignon sauce studded with lardons, mushrooms and shallots; and their Foie gras pot pie.
