Baked in a traditional brick oven, this pizza carries slight earthy notes. The crust is thin and crispy on the edges, but unfortunately soggy in the middle. Paired with toppings that didn't quite make an impression and the almost non-existent mozzarella cheese, the Bismark is less shiok than it could have been.

A little pricey for this quality but thanks to Burpple Beyond for the 1-for-1 deal!
