Chanced upon this ice cream parlor as I was searching for waffles ice cream places which I have not visited before. Lickers was nestled in the area of lorong ah soo, with a hipster storefront of an iconic sign in neon lights. They have an array of ice cream flavors with some unique ones like Hojicha and Yakult Oreo. We ordered waffles + 2 scoops - Thai Milk Tea and Yakult Oreo. Their Thai milk tea was pretty different from the rest I have tried before, it's not too sweet and with a more noticeable tea flavor to it. While for the Yakult Oreo, it's kind of refreshing with taste of real Yakult and mini bits of Oreo which they are careful to not over add to prevent it from being overpowered by the Oreo crumbs. Waffles are on the airy, fluffy and crisp side which was to my liking! Another new waffles place to go for if I'm in that vicinity!
