The dining experience here was amazing. From friendly staff, good ambience and excellent food.
I really enjoyed their Chili crusted bone marrow. It was buttery, and melted into the crisp sourdough bread. The fragrant mix of herbs and vegetables elevated its flavor profile. The star dished would be their Japanese Black Tomato. It had a delicate flavor profile that dances on the tips of your tongue. Much needed pairing to the heavier beef dishes. Speaking of which I had their tri-tip and short rib wagyu. Both were show stoppers, each one had their own distinct flavour profile, each one tried to vye for the number one spot in my heart. The meal was elegantly wrapped up with their seasonal dessert the Eton mess. It was smooth, creamy and dreamy. I was left in a state of bliss at the end of the meal
