This was actually really good?? Though the wait for the food was a little longer than expected, the duck confit was very well executed with tender flavourful meat, underneath one of the crispiest duck skin I’ve ever had! 😍😍 Apple rosti was way too soft for my liking, but did like the addition of Apple bits inside for the additional crunch, but overall it was just too soft and a little soggy. The mango relish complemented the duck confit well with its spicy refreshing Asian kick, and the salad was also nicely seasoned. What a pleasant find in a rather ulu mall in Upper Thomson, but prompt service (with water and warm toasty soft bread with butter) without service charge/GST, and definitely worth a try (esp with 1-for-1 on shopback)! 👍🏻👍🏻
