I see pink! by Eleanor Tay

Looking forward to Pink Brunch at Bridge restaurant next weekend. Happened to be in the right place at the right time and got a sneak preview of a couple of dishes!

Eggs Benedict with Pink hollandaise sauce and Sous Vide Salmon with a delightful fuchsia coloured sauce.

The Pink Brunch will only be availavle next weekend, 13 & 14 June at @bridge.sg. Can't wait to see the other pink dishes available!
