Upgraded version of fishball noodles

Noodles: slightly overcooked
Sauce: chilli was okay but there was lots of ketchup added which made the noodles too sweet and tangy for my liking
Soup: tastes good but lots of garlic sunk below/floating around. I don't like garlic
Fishballs and fish dumplings: too soft. Should be better with more firmness. But kudos for not buying factory made ones.
Fishcake slices: I liked it.

Overall quite a disappointing bowl of fishball noodles.
