Deemed as experts of the Muah Chee, this little corner stall of this hawker centre serves their signature dish alone and nothing else, with varying serving sizes for you to choose from. I found the preparation really interesting as the Muah Chee first needed to be kneaded / beat up / whacked upside down for a start; I always found that rather amusing. Thereafter, the muah chee was cut up into the little bite-sized balls, and then it was dipped in this small saucer containing some oily dried chili like substance before being coated in the roasted crushed peanuts (with sugar). I think that substance is part of the special flavour. I found the taste to be consistent and chewy, not far from what I imagined it to be. And surprsingly, the portion was quite generous for an order of the 'small'.
