The original stall from KL Chinatown with a historical long background, itโs considered as one of the best Charcoal Stir Fried Dark Sauce Fat Yellow Udon - KL version of Hokkien Mee. Never a fan of yellow noodle and dark sweet sauce, I only recall the noodle was smoky springy and smell perfectly with the lard fritters but felt thereโs still a lapse of the wok-char flavor, maybe the open kitchen and the wok used were too new and clean ๐ .
