The closest to Isaac toast you can ever get before it lands its shores soon in Singapore, the Seoul street toast bears an uncanny resemblance with the familiar ingredients of omelette, ham and cheese sandwiched within two slices of toasted white bread. The portion might seem small but it was definitely substantial ; surprisingly filled me up for a meal. The major difference to an Isaac toast would be the omelette which’s filled with onion&cabbage, pretty much similar to a frittata whereas the latter comes with a slice of plain omelette instead. Along with a slice of chicken ham, melted cheese, the toast also came with a spread of mayonnaise, which I wasn’t exactly a fan of. Still miss the special sauce that came with Isaac toast when I had it in Seoul! Nevertheless, this was still enjoyable and a satisfying treat , which can be taken as a snack or meal, depending on your hunger and appetite. Love the crisp, crusty edges of the toast as well, which was toasted to perfection and with a lingering buttery fragrance! ✨ .
