One of my favorite things to make is a simple pasta pomodoro with whatever is at hand in this case a pan seared salmon with porcini salt !

Truffle and bacon tomato frittata with avocado!

Grilled Saba with Green tea salt and a dashi infused rice mixed through with furikake and tobiko topped with a daikon ponzu dressing with pickled ume!

Dashi poached salmon on a bed of rice with dashi & soy broth topped with furikake & tobiko !

#Greentea soba with Salmon crusted black miso, baked mushrooms and sprinkled with shrimp furikake !
