As you can see from the order chit that we can customise the doneness of your ramen, the thickeness of the broth and the amount of oil through the Ipad. .
And also you are able to see that we have placed our orders at 145pm and until 215pm nothing was served. By now, the restaurant is barely 60% occupied with us being 90% famished.
Us: We have yet to receive our orders. How long more do we have to wait?

Manager: I will tell them to start cooking your order now.

Us: Didn't you just said that they were already cooking our orders?!

From the operational point of view, it is smart of @atmospherebistrosg to merge the resources of @soithaisoinice and @ramentenji.sg together, sharing the same staffs, same kitchen and same service area. But you gotta have sufficient manpower to roll out such promotions on a weekend. Worse of all, you have a manager with a nonchalant attitude to serve, less to say service recovery. Disappointed.
