I recently visited Market Bistro, and the experience exceeded all expectations.
We started with the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly charred and crispy. It also had a delicate balance of sweetness and saltiness, definitely a great light & flavourful appetiser.
For mains, we tried the crab and seafood bisque pasta, which was exceptionally well-executed. The portion of seafood to pasta was spot-on, and each piece of pasta was generously coated in a rich, savory bisque sauce. We also ordered the ribeye steak, served with fries, salad, and Market Bistro’s in-house sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the house sauce elevated the protein, making it savory and creamy. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, rounding out a satisfying main course.
To end on a sweet note, we shared the tiramisu, which was rich, creamy, and generously portioned.
