Much anticipated dinner after the end of a gruelling work week, and it did not disappoint. Spoiled for choice with the variety of starters they offer, I finally decided on the Deep Fried Burrata. The star of the dish, the burrata, had a great texture with a curdy outer shell and a soft, creamy inside that oozed when cut into. The arugula greens on the side were extremely fresh, adding a slight crunch and bitterness that paired well with the burrata. What truly elevated the dish was the pomodoro sauce; its thickness was just right, and it had a fresh flavor with a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
For the main course, I opted for a very unique pizza option, the Japanese A Dog pizza. As the name suggests, all the ingredients are from Japanese cuisine, and they came together beautifully. The pizza bread was extremely well made, stretchy with the right amount of char. It was my first time trying arabiki sausage, and it was surprisingly good, with just the right firmness and a clean, meaty taste.
The decor was simple yet elegant, with a wall design made of corks that I really liked. The dim, warm lighting created a pleasant dining ambiance. The service staff were all extremely friendly, professional, and efficient.
All in all, Paradise Pizza is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a great meal after a long work week. Highly recommended!
