Wishing I was at @gakesg feasting on more of this beef stew. Slow braised with love, this USDA shot rib is done hayashi style meaning it comes with a thick, unctuous demi glaze sauce.

Available only on the omakase menu ($98, $128), this was definitely one of the highlights of the meal and best stews I've had in a long time.
