This Brie and Roasted Mushroom croissant is the BOMB 💣 It is so full of flavour. Rather than bunging the ingredients in the croissant and hoping they taste good, you can tell they have taken time to work out what garnishes will bring out the flavours. One of the best “sandwiches” I’ve had in Singapore and such a shame I won’t be around that area all that much in the future. I’m going to take full advantage until then so expect to see more TBB!
