Deep fried pork loin with Miso sauce. 23.80++ SGD.
Overall, the pork loin was crispy and tasty. If you wonder the pork meat smell was strong, it wasn’t! I personally like the Miso sauce, it makes the whole set balance in flavour. For normal set, it will be served with other sauce, so not to worry on the taste!

Tips: The rice, cabbage, and miso soup are refillable! (Saw someone refill until 3 times, no need paiseh😂)
