Absolutely fiery but so delicious, there's an intense umami emanating from the dried fish flakes and it is one of the best chili's I've ever had. There are variations with dried shrimps or even without any meat but I have no doubt they're all delicious. Not to mention the veritable crispy texture of the mixture, much more than most
