My must order item for all hotspot is the beef tongue. I always get mix reactions whenever I suggest this but it’s so worth it. The texture is crunchier than the normal meat such as pork belly or pork collar. Also, it’s usually cut up in smaller pieces so it’s easier to chew.

Also, I feel like price range is value for money and one good point over HDL is there’s no long queue. Who doesn’t like a short queue? 😋
