Designed like a rose on the exterior, I initially thought this was some sort of lychee and rose jelly thingy, but it turned out to be lemon curd with a strip of strawberry jelly in the middle. Wildly in love with the zingy citrus, a smooth, firm curd foiled by an unexpected surprise of popping candy in the shortbread biscuit base. This is definitely the dessert to look out for when LD (can't reveal the name yet) opens in Jan!
