I was honestly sceptical about this because I don’t enjoy most fusion foods, but this was also one of my favourites. The fried chicken with the slightly runny egg, along with the sweet sambal (which was not very spicy), was delicious. I also love that they included some sambal-coated ikan billis inside because it really enhanced the flavour. The cucumber pickles inside the burger and the achar was also a nice contrast and cut through the spice.
