Apparently the signature dish for this outlet. A big MEH to this, very average. The red onions were overpowering and I hate it that I had to scoop the soup by navigating around those annoying condiments everyone could do less of. Broth was fragrant but the taste just wasn’t my cup of tea. The meat was tender and delicately sliced - objectively a good bowl of well-executed ramen, the taste however just did not appeal to me.
