This sweet dish playfully mimicked the ever classic 🥑🍞, albeit composed of layers of smooth avocado mousse, sourdough cremeux, and nutty pecan financier ‘toast’. It was delicious! Sweet and luscious, with savoury notes from the brown cheese and vegemite shavings. Our favourite new addition to their menu that we would recommend trying!
