Beef onglet 300g ($30++) and pan seared red snapper fillet with lotus root chips ($25++)
Red snapper was alright, liked the salty chips and it came with clams in a sweetish sauce.

Sunday night chillin' with the mister, @simyikai - since we skipped cafehopping, we're embarking on some bar-hopping action instead。

Getting warmed up @longplaysg with some Hendricks kicks and {Togarashi Squid} with Harissa dip.

Check out Jonathan in action as he prepared my off-the-menu special, the "Chendol" Cocktail.

It remains nameless but let me assure you, this cocktail customised by Jonathan using Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Creme de Peche, freshly muddled strawberries, a touch of syrup and graced with a topping of tiny strands of saffron (yeah, it's only the most expensive spice in the world) was stupefyingly good.
