My version of comfort food at Sims Vista hawker centre. The noodles are cooked al dente with every strand well coated with the ketchup based gravy. The star is of course the ultra fresh batang (Spanish mackerel) which you can tell when it’s flaky and tender to the bite, and they are generous with it too.
