Back for something steaming hot and soupy on a rainy day as such - think tasty broth, succulent pork slices and springy noodles.
[ROBINSON RD] Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen for lunch with @jlee75 @porkkkchop and @yunben91 !
TheĀ Miso Ramen with Grilled Pork CubesĀ (SGD$14.50), made up of succulent pork with piquant spicy miso soup base, with notes of sweetness.
TheĀ Signature Tonkotsu Ramen(SGD$14.50), made up of lovely flavored egg, utterly tender grilled pork slices, al dente fine noodles so enticing to chew on, and saccharine, slurp-it-up good pork-spices broth.
Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (SGD$14.50) brought out the deliciousness of the pork-bone broth and consists of tender BBQ pork slices, wobbly flavoured egg as well as springy noodles with al dente texture.
One more day to the weekend folks!!!
