More of a craft beer place, Carbon& also has a bunch of rice bowls and Hakka-influenced bar bites. This teriyaki chicken don was nubbad, with tender sweet-salty chicken on a bed of Atika rice and an onsen egg.

Very reasonably priced too, but we’d recommend staying away from the malnourished salmon yuzu bowl.
