More than just chillies and peppercorns, the authentic Sichuan dishes here gives a myriad of taste profiles to reflect the “seven flavours of Sichuan” – spicy, aromatic, sweet, bitter, sour, peppery, and salty. Wholesomely addictive! Personal favourite got to be the braised garoupa fish (featured above), bringing out the ‘qi’ in us with its flavoursome broth as the heat & essence take over our palate gradually.
