Scallops, mentaiko sauce, green tobiko, shredded nori.

Not just pink cream sauce with some mentaiko; it was legit creamy mayo mentaiko sauce with plenty of roe. Green tobiko added a slight hint of heat and scallops were well cooked. I like their pasta: the pumpkin rigatoni was cooked al dente with a nice bite. Tasty plate of food but can get gelat so this is a dish better shared unless you are a super mentaiko fan.
