Honey Popcorn chicken @ hyde&co Had to check out the MBS carnival just before it moved 2 weeks back.

We weren't brave enough for the never ending queues but at least we managed to get ourselves some sustenance to accompany us as the sun dipped behind the city sky line.

So much fun at the #prudentialcarnival playing all the games and rides 🥳 We had the food from Hot Dogs Bro because the queue for meatballs was too long!

The 6ix Rosti - Prudential Marina Bay Carnival (nearer to MBS).

As it was too delicious, we ordered a 2nd serving and this time we had - Cheesy Rosti with Smoked Salmon (1 for $5.90, 2 for $10) Golden crispy burnt edges Rosti, with cheese that melts into the Rosti and top with Smoked Salmon, sour cream is placed on the side.
