Their Pork Shoulder Skewers Don ($6.90) comes served with nicely grilled, tender pork shoulder skewers laid over a bed of fluffy sushi rice, topped with a wide assortment of sides. The assorted sides are the key to making this bowl even better! The sweetness and tartness of the pineapple cubes provide a refreshing counterbalance to the grilled meat. The kimchi and chuka wakame also add some spiciness & umami to the overall flavour of the dish. I love my cherry tomatoes a lot, so having it as a side is definitely a welcome addition for me anytime.🍖🍚😋⠀
