Second time having this and it's same same but different. This time, the crispy fried mushrooms are missing in action and that's such a shame cos they added so much crunch to the mushy risotto. There were 2 new additions though: flavorful chunks of crabmeat and mashed capsicum, which I was initially quite skeptical about but turned out to complement the sweetness of the dashi stock really well. I hope they were just coincidentally out of fried mushrooms that day, cos together with those this would be my ultimate comfort food!
