Located along Boon Tat Street, Dal-In has a spot in my craving list.
If you are into pettitoes, Jokbal is highly recommended dish. The meat is tender, not oily and the taste of sweet fragrance from the spices of the braising sauce really delicious.
Next recommendation is Dakbal (Korean Boneless Chicken Feet), don’t really see this dish been served in other korean restaurant in Singapore. The texture is more chewy as compared to the braised chicken feet we had for dim sum and the cooking method is different too - stir-fried vs steamed
7 Adults (2 guys) and we had Pig Trotter, Chicken Feet, jjajangmyeon, Cold Noodles, Kimchi Jjigae, Seafood Pancakes, Japchae plus serving of banchan. Total bill at S$201.26 (inclusive of GST and Service Charge)
On top of the banchan spread (unlimited), Dal-In also serve a portion of steamed eggs to every table. The main dish portion is pretty big so don’t be greedy!
