Psst the name's even copyrighted! It's exactly as it sounds: pizza + sandwich. Think crusty thin pizza dough in place of the usual multigrain or sourdough. We tried the Sud E Nord which has burrata, parma ham and rocket as its fillings. I can imagine myself grabbing this on the go! It's no stroke of genius, but absolutely delish. Plus points for making me feel so so French, with all that baguette/pizzawich in hand thing going on y'know?
